Microsoft announced today the "Play Anywhere" where if you buy an Xbox One game digitally, you get it digitally on PC for free provided if your PC has Windows 10 installed.  Buying a PC version digitally will also net you a digital Xbox One copy.

So if you buy say Gears of War 4 on Xbox One, you'll get the PC version of Gears of War 4 thrown in for free.  Play Anywhere also supports crossplay where games that have online play will allow Xbox One players to play against PC players and vice versa.  Saves are also transferrable via the cloud.  So you can play on PC one moment and pick the game back up on Xbox One later (vice versa too).

There are caveats to this program though.  Read the article for more information!
